In March 2013, the announcement of the 2nd Competition followed. The number of entries reached 44, an unexpectedly pleasant increase in participation from writers in Cyprus, Greece, and France.
The jury of the "2nd One-Act Play Competition in Memory of Kostis Kolotas" consisted of Titos Kolotas, Mimis Sofokleous, Doros Iroas, Minas Tigkilis, and Katia-Lamari-Schiza.

On March 27, 2014, at the event held at ETHAL Technospace, on the occasion of World Theatre Day, the results of the 2nd Competition were announced, and the 3rd Prize work from the 1st Competition, "The Road to the Windmill" by Ilektra Georgiadi, was presented, directed by Tonia Misiali, with actors Giannis Kokkinos and Alexia Charalambidou.

- 1st Prize: Yiannis Agisilaou for the work "The Collection"
- 2nd Prize: Jointly to Charalampos Sachtouris from Chios for his work "The Bench" and Michalis Nikolaou from Limassol for his work "Dilemmas"
- 3rd Prize: Jointly to Vassilis Bountouris from Thessaloniki for his work "Desdemona's Handkerchief" and Antonis Gennadiou from Lakatamia for his work "Untuned Wardrobe"

An honorary mention was given to the work "Hotel AUSTRIA" by author Ilias Maroutsis.

The work "Dilemmas" was staged by ETHAL's Second Stage in October 2014, directed by Alexia Papalazarou, while "The Bench" and "Desdemona's Handkerchief" were presented in the form of a theatrical reading on April 20, 2015, at the House of Cyprus in Athens, in collaboration with the Cyprus Embassy in Athens, directed by Ilias Dimitriou and Minas Tigkilis, respectively.
