Do You Remember?
The new theatrical work of the ONE/OFF Group began with the collection of short stories by the Cypriot writer Antonis Georgiou, “Sweet Bloody Life”. During its development, the play was created through the experiences and concerns of its contributors and represents the search for the identity of an entire generation, starting from memory.
(forget-me-not): A journey through each of our small stories, a glimpse into the identity of a generation thirsty to see and declare who it is, seeking its own mark in the flow of time. The new production of the One/Off Group oscillates between yesterday’s narratives and tomorrow’s expectations, defining the contemporary generation of Cypriots in their 30s.

About the Play:
The play “(forget-me-not)” is directed and dramaturged by Maria Kiriakou. The cast includes actors Maria Kafkaridou, Dimitris Konstantinidis, Anna Skordi, Andreas Chatzi Georgiou, and Giolanta Christodoulou. Musicians Lena Mios (vocals) and Filippos Filippou (guitar) also participate.
The script of the play has been developed by Maria Kiriakou in collaboration with the actors, primarily based on their personal experiences and supplemented with small excerpts from Antonis Georgiou’s book “A Story Album” (forthcoming).
Choreography is managed by choreographer Alexis Vasileiou, and costumes by Natali Konstandinidi.

About the One/Off Group:
The One/Off Group was created in 2006 by Maria Kiriakou and Maria Kafkaridou. Its main purpose is to experiment with theatre and develop alternative artistic creation. The group has produced four works to date: the performance “Little Boxes” (2007), the plays “Where Is My Love?” (2008) and “Madame B.” (2009), and the performance “Shopping Mall: First Impressions + Small Confessions” (2009).
